Technopol SA (Pty) Ltd is a privately held South African company situated at 9 Wright Road, Nuffield, Springs, Gauteng. As a leading manufacturer of EPS products under the LiteCel® brand, our solutions meet South Africa's SANS 10400 Part XA energy efficiency standards and reflect continuous innovation through the FRCel® fire-retardant product range.

Each brand under the Technopol umbrella addresses a specific aspect of energy-efficient construction — from structural insulation boards and blocks to composite panels, steel cladding and textured coating systems.
LiteCel® EPS is a lightweight, durable and versatile insulation material widely used in construction for its excellent thermal, sound and moisture-resistant properties. The foundation material across the Technopol product range.
A fire-retardant expanded polystyrene insulation material with B-S1,d0 rating (60 mm) per SANS 53501-1 and B1 fire rating per SANS 10177-11 (<120 mm). FRCel® is the core component of the Terraco/Technopol EIFS Alpha system, certified to SANS 8414-1.
Agrément-certified LiteCore® building blocks are made from recycled EPS and eco-friendly concrete — offering insulated masonry that complies with SANS 10400-XA energy efficiency requirements for South African residential and commercial construction.
LiteSpan® is a composite ceiling and walling panel system featuring Chromadek® or similar steel skins with either a fire-retardant FRCel® EPS core (B-S1,d0, <150 mm; B1, <120 mm) or an A1 non-combustible Stone Wool insulation core.
Steel cladding solutions in various profiles — IBR, corrugated, ClipClad, DutchClad, NuClad, and standing seam — with optional insulation core. Delivering energy efficiency, modern aesthetics and long-term durability for residential, agricultural and commercial projects.
