Two composite insulated roof panel systems — the 990 IBR with exposed stitching screws for standard roofing, and the 990 Standing Seam with a hidden-clip fixing system for a clean contemporary finish. Both feature FRCel® EPS insulation with a B1 fire rating.

LiteSpan® 990 IBR Roof Panel
LiteSpan® is a composite roofing solution comprising Chromadek® or similar 990 IBR Profile Sheeting on the topside and flat/micro-pleated Chromadek® ceiling on the bottom. The insulation core consists of FRCel® Fire Retardant Expanded Polystyrene with a B1 fire rating: SANS 10177-11.
- Panel width/coverage: 990 mm
- Steel sheet thickness: 0.3 – 0.58 mm
- Insulation core: FRCel® Fire Retardant EPS — B1 fire rating, SANS 10177-11
- Fixing: Stitching screws on every flute valley and flute peak

LiteSpan® 990 Standing Seam Panel
LiteSpan® 990 Standing Seam is a 990 mm wide composite roof panel comprising top and bottom coated galvanised steel sheets with a sandwiched FRCel® EPS core. The panel uses a hidden-clip fixing system with a tongue-and-groove joint for an airtight, clean contemporary finish.
- Panel width/coverage: 990 mm (2 × 495 mm)
- Steel sheet thickness: 0.3 – 0.58 mm
- Insulation core: FRCel® Fire Retardant EPS — B1, SANS 10177-11
- Fixing: Hidden with clips to roof structure; seaming required on site
- Joint: Tongue-and-groove for airtight connection
